Welcome to yoga-
Sally is dedicated to sharing Yoga as a way of life and to showing people how, with
simple techniques, they can help themselves to better health and vitality and to
lead a less stressful life.
"My life's purpose is to assist others to discover the life changing benefits that
Yoga has brought me for themselves. I like to work with the Yoga principle of 'Ahimsa'
or compassion. I invite students to start from where they are and encourage and support
them as they take their own steps on the Yogic path of self-
