Private Classes
Sally runs private classes throughout the year, coinciding with school terms. They cover the full scope of Yoga techniques from Hatha postures (including limbers), Pranayama or breathing techniques, relaxation, visualisation techniques and meditation. These techniques combine to make the body stronger, more flexible and healthier and the mind more controlled helping toward self-realisation. Through stretching and compression, the internal organs are stimulated and massaged which helps improve the whole health of the body. Yoga movements can be low impact and they can also be very demanding. All the movements are designed to maintain fitness, suppleness and muscle tone and also strengthen the body’s own natural innate healing powers. One-To-One
Sally is able to fashion the session to suit the needs of the individual student. She teaches from home but is willing to travel to the person’s home if necessary. Individual tuition lasts at least one hour and costs £30 per hour. If she has to travel to the student’s home then this will involve an extra charge depending on the distance. Sally specialises in helping low back problems and in developing basic breathing to calm both mind and body and relaxation and meditation.

Fitness Studio Classes
Sally works at David Lloyd, Burton Waters just off the A57 in Lincoln and at L.A. Fitness, Lincoln. To attend these classes you have to be a member of the relevant club.
Classes In The Workplace
Sally is available to teach lunchtime classes to calm, stretch and de-stress office staff, as well as after work classes. Participants benefit from journeying home feeling limbered, relaxed and energised and avoid the rush-hour traffic into the bargain!
Meditation Classes
The benefits of meditation are manifold from the ability to control and focus the mind better and helps it perform better and improves creativity. It is calming and makes you feel good. Please see Upcoming events for more information
Courses And Seminars
The Yoga Foundation course is a 9-session course run one Sunday a month over 9 months starting September 2010. Courses are run nationally and are for anyone wishing to develop their personal practice of yoga and widen their experience. It provides a comprehensive grounding in basic practical techniques taught in the context of the philosophy that underpins Yoga. It is an ideal preparation for those who may wish to train as yoga teachers in the future and equally suitable for yoga students who do not wish to teach.
