Again this is a mixed ability class for all ages – men and women. Starting with basic limbers and working holistically into the more demanding postures with an emphasis on flexibility and strength while maintaining good postural alignment and the core integrity of the body. Breathing techniques (Pranayama), visualisation, relaxation and meditation included.
