Classes

Sally runs weekly classes during term-time in and around Lincoln. Students need to wear loose comfortable clothing. No specialist footwear is necessary. You will need a mat for the floor, preferably a non-slip or sticky mat, a foam block, yoga strap, light covering for the relaxation. A small soft cushion is optional.

 

Sally will have top quality mats for sale at the beginning of term and foam blocks mat bags, belts and DVD’s all from BWY suppliers.

 

Classes are ongoing and the new term starts the week beginning 16th April 2012.

 

If you want to join before April please ring and enquire if there are any remaining spaces. You only pay for the remaining weeks in the term. For further information on classes and availability contact Sally.
